Who we are
Signal & Craft is a workshop program produced by GBHD Group. In this policy, “Signal & Craft,” “we,” and “us” refer to the program and the people operating it.
Information we collect
- Registration information: name, work email, firm or studio, professional field, selected workshop, seat count, referral source, and the recurring task you want to work on.
- Payment and registration status: Stripe Checkout session identifiers, plan, quantity, payment status, invoice and refund status. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Participant workspace information: profile details, project drafts, working documents, curriculum progress, and workshop activity associated with your signed-in account.
- Communications: messages, accommodation requests, dietary needs, support requests, and other information you choose to send us.
- Limited usage information: page views, referral parameters, browser and device information, and explicit actions such as opening registration or downloading a calendar file.
How we use information
- Prepare and administer workshop registrations and payments.
- Provide workshop logistics, participant access, materials, and follow-up support.
- Respond to questions, accessibility requests, dietary needs, seat transfers, cancellations, and refunds.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate registration and audit records.
- Measure the workshop journey and improve the site and curriculum.
Transactional workshop email is not a marketing subscription. We do not use the transactional sender for cold bulk email, and we do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the program: Stripe for payment, Vercel for hosting and durable workflows, Neon for database storage, Resend for transactional email, PostHog for privacy-limited product analytics, and OpenAI for clearly identified CraftBot and agent features. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as needed to provide those services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business reorganization where appropriate safeguards apply.
Analytics and local storage
Analytics is configured without session replay, advertising profiles, or form-field capture. The site also uses cookies and local storage for secure sign-in, interface preferences, attribution, and continuity within the participant workspace.
Retention and security
We retain registration, payment, attendance, workspace, and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the program, handle refunds and disputes, keep required accounting records, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with you by emailing events@signalandcraft.work. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that are required for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Participant submissions
Only submit information and materials you have the right and authority to use for workshop purposes.
Children and changes
The workshop and workspace are designed for professional adult participants and are not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the program changes. The effective date above shows the latest published version.
