POLICY / PURCHASE + PARTICIPATION

Workshop terms

These terms explain what a registration includes, how cancellations and transfers work, and what participants and organizers can expect from one another.
Effective and last updated July 27, 2026

Program and organizer

Signal & Craft is a workshop program produced by GBHD Group. “Workshop” means the selected One Less Thing studio, its included materials, and the stated follow-up session.

Registration and payment

  • Published prices are in U.S. dollars and apply to the selected seat quantity and workshop date.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. A seat is confirmed only after Stripe reports successful payment.
  • The purchaser is responsible for supplying accurate registration and attendee information.
  • Pair and team purchasers may provide teammate names after purchase, subject to the selected event’s capacity.

What is included

Registration includes the selected workshop seat or seats, the working-day program, coffee, lunch, workshop materials, the participant’s completed workflow and notes, and the advertised seven-day follow-up session. Travel, lodging, personal software subscriptions, and participant equipment are not included unless we state otherwise in writing.

Participant cancellation and transfer

Refunds and seat transfers are available through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the day before the selected Friday. Email events@signalandcraft.work from the registration email with the workshop date and the requested change.

  • A transfer may change the attendee or move the registration to another published date with sufficient capacity.
  • Cancellations and no-shows after the deadline are not refundable, although we may offer an accommodation at our discretion.
  • Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers commonly require several business days to display the credit.

Organizer cancellation or material change

If we cancel a workshop, we will offer the purchaser a full refund or a transfer to another available date. If we materially change the date or location and the purchaser cannot attend, the purchaser may choose the same remedies. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, lost work, or other indirect expenses.

Venue, accessibility, and dietary needs

Workshops are held in an accessible Manhattan studio, with exact arrival details sent to registered participants. Tell us about accessibility accommodations or dietary needs as early as possible at events@signalandcraft.work. We will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to accommodate requests and will tell you promptly if a specific request cannot be met.

Participant responsibilities

  • Arrive with a working laptop and a supported or comparable AI agent tool already set up.
  • Use only material you have the right and authority to use.
  • Follow venue rules and treat participants, facilitators, and staff respectfully. Harassment, unsafe conduct, or unlawful activity may result in removal.
  • Do not record another participant or share their work without permission.

Educational scope and results

The workshop is educational. Examples and outputs are not legal, medical, financial, investment, architectural, security, or compliance advice. AI systems can be incomplete or wrong, and participants remain responsible for review, authorization, testing, and decisions in their own work. We do not guarantee a particular business result, return on investment, or production deployment.

Materials and participant work

Participants retain rights in the original materials they bring and the participant-specific work they create. Signal & Craft retains rights in its curriculum, templates, brand, and workshop materials. Registered participants may use included materials internally for their own work, but may not resell or republish the curriculum as a competing course.

Privacy, changes, and governing law

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. We may update these terms for future purchases; the version in effect when a registration is purchased governs that registration unless a change is required by law or benefits the purchaser.

New York law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Purchasing or attending a workshop means you accept these terms.
